​Bilingual Officiant

Lavish Events and Weddings offers the unique service of having an ordained Bilingual Officiant (English/Vietnamese) preside over your wedding ceremony.  The officiant will consult with the bride and groom to develop a unique wedding ceremony catered to their preferences.  The ceremony will be conducted simultaneously in both English and Vietnamese.  As the officiant is fully fluent in both languages, the ceremony will flow seamlessly between both languages.

Having the right MC is vital to the energy and flow of your wedding.  At Lavish Events and Weddings, our MC has extensive experience in addressing a variety of audiences. Whether it is to guide the families through a traditional Vietnamese Tea Ceremony or to help the Wedding Reception flow smoothly, our MC will be the professional voice through it all.

Coordinating Services

Premium Package

Our Premium Package is ideal for the couple who has planned the entire wedding and would like a professional to execute their plans.  This package normally begins 1 month prior to the wedding date.

 

This package includes:

• Consultation and program review with the bride and groom one week prior to the wedding day

• Attendance at the rehearsal

• Complete coordination on the wedding day

Silver Package

Our Silver Package is for the couple who has planned the preliminary portions of their wedding and would like a professional to review their plans and assist with last minute details to minimize unforeseen issues.  This package normally begins 6 months prior to the wedding date.

 

This package includes all details within the premium package plus:

• In depth review and consult of the current program

• Additional planning sessions as necessary with the bride and groom

• Last minute planning sessions with vendors

• Last minute site visits to wedding/reception venues

 

Gold Package

Our Gold Package is for the couple who has some creative thoughts in mind and has selected particular vendors but would like assistance in pulling the details together.  This package normally begins 9 months prior to the wedding date.

 

This package includes all details within the premium and silver packages plus:

• Development of detailed program

• Review/negotiation of vendor contracts

• Preliminary site visits to wedding/reception venues

 

Platinum Package

Our Platinum Package is our full wedding management package. This package is for those who would like assistance with planning the entire wedding.  Once a wedding date has been selected, consultations will begin between the couple and our Lavish Events and Weddings consultants.  This package normally begins one year prior to the wedding date.

This package is all inclusive and will cover every detail of planning and executing a dream wedding including:

• Design & development of theme

• Selection and reserving of venue

• Vendor selection & negotiation

• Development of detailed program

• Exclusive meetings with LE&W consultants

• Complete coordination on wedding day

Peach Blossom Package

Our Peach Blossom package is our unique signature wedding package.  This package incorporates the traditions and culture of a traditional Vietnamese wedding while adding modern touches.  A traditional Vietnamese wedding can have subtle variations but typically include a morning tea ceremony, followed by a religious service and is concluded with a lavish reception.

 

In addition to the services including in our platinum package, our consultants will also guide you through the planning of this unique package including planning the traditional program, locating cultural items unique to the ceremony and executing the entire program on the wedding day.

 

This package is ideal for those Vietnamese brides seeking to retain aspects of their culture and for those wanting to incorporate an Asian influence into a traditional “Western” wedding celebration
